[摘要] 我国股市日趋成熟，关注内在价值的投资理念正逐渐被市场选择。价值投资是否适合中国股市？文章介绍了我国资本市场环境下的股市投资理论及现状，从股权问题、上市公司、资本市场、国际游资等方面分析了中国股市推行价值投资的障碍、价值投资是否适合中国股市，最后提出我国股市推行价值投资的保障性措施：股权分置改革进一步升华、提升上市公司的价值、证券监管的进一步完善、严格控制国际游资等。
