如果是这样选A的话句子的意思是由于无数次对全面保健计划要求的反复失败，员工们以请病假来反抗他们雇主的固执。
选B的意思是在对全面保健计划要求的反复失败后，员工们以请病假来做为反抗雇主固执的武器。
从意思上来看两个选项都是可以的。那么就看语法结构上有什么区别。
如果选because of 至少我很少看到because of后面接从句的。一般直接接名词可以直接用because/since/as/for等表示原因接从句。
所以就A B两个选项而言至少A是不会选的虽然意思上说的通。而B我也觉得有点问题。因为如果用B表示时间的话表示After之后的动作发生在主句之前，时态有点问题。应该用after repeatedly having asked in vain.....
