最简单的判断方法就是：
时间跟主句,就是用来形容主句；时间跟从句,就是用来形容从句.
如：
Yesterday she said she would come here today.
可以明显看出,yesterday用来形容主句,today用来形容从句.

主句是过去时，从句里有个would 是will 的过去式，所以是修饰从句的

看谓语动词和宾语从句的时态，例如这里said是过去时，若tomorrow修饰它，则是will say（不过一般来说主句是一般现在时或过去式，或者祈使句的偏多），而would是will的过去式，过去将来时

主句是 She said sth. 时态为一般过去时，再加上从句中用would，所以tomorrow修饰从句。
