其实都是可以用的
mind 后面加的是具体的事情 但是记住它是名词性质的,也就是说如果加的是动词就必须是ing形式的
Would you mind me opening that door?你是否介意我关窗?此时的宾语是me和opening the door这两个,也就是说：重点是 我这个人 做 这件事情 你是否介意?
Would you mind my closing the window?你是否介意我关窗（重点指的是关窗这件事情）
第一句中me作宾语，opening that door 作宾语补足语，所以me是宾格
