I received your email and am glad to tell you how I learn English.First of all,you shouldn't give up.English is difficult,but you can master it.In order to memorize new words,I will read English aloud several times a day both in the morning and at night.When I have some difficulties in grammar,I will ask my teachers for help.If they are not available,I will read my reference book instead.Some words a difficult to pronounce,you can communicate with your friends in English and help with other with the pronunciation.I hope this helps.
