why not表示建议,后面只能接动词原形,用法同why don't you...一样.例:(1)Many people go to die,why don't you go to die.(2)Many people go to die,why not go to die.
A 因为可以这样理why not可以理解为是why don’t you 后面当然就接原形了 join in 是指参加一个团体或团体的活动 讨论当然是一个团体的活动了 你可以找几个join in 的短语感受一下 这些东西是很细微的 有了那种语感，就渐渐的清楚了
第一题选D,why not do sth,如果A没有大写T就可以选A，但T确实是大写的，这就不能选A，选D的意思是问过去的没有做的事(那就是我的错)。
关于第二个问题，take part in 和join in后面都是接名词，但take part in join这里接了join这个动词，所以选join in
