这个问题我也有过.我的是ip4 5.01系统完美越狱.
这个问题的主要原因是因为cydia在缓冲更新文件时您进行了搜索软件等行为.解决的方法比较简单.
1.打开cydia.
2.点选下面的变更栏.
3.点选左上角的的刷新键.等待所有的packages加载完就可以了.（在此期间什么也别做）
